Cathedral Oaks Event Center
has worked very hard to make our venue the “Perfect Place for Your Perfect Wedding”.
The following are just a few of the items that we include or can include with your rental. Please take the opportunity to compare our venue in detail before making that all important decision.
The Grand Hall at the Event Center can
accommodate up to 250 guests for a sit-down
reception with expandable space into the
Medium Hall if necessary.
The lawn areas at Cathedral Oaks will easily
accommodate up to 250 guests.
We have ample parking, with more than 140
dedicated spaces. Valet parking is available if
you desire.
If you choose and outdoor event and weather
becomes an issue, don’t worry! Our indoor or enclosed
location is also available to you as a Plan "B".
The beauty of our grounds and our indoor
spaces make decorating a breeze and can be
kept to a minimum if you so desire.
Indoor, outdoor and combination locales are
available to you.
Tables and chairs are included in your rental and
will be set up and taken down by the Cathedral
Oaks staff.
Our video and camera system provides you a
constant watch on the comings and goings from
the Bride’s Retreat.
Our state-of-the-art projection system is at your
disposal for displaying videos, etc.
Our Bose sound system can be heard
throughout the building, as well as on the patio
and lawn areas.
Wireless microphones are available and can be
used throughout the site.
We offer fiber optics for video presentation,
video conference and in conjunction with Skype
and your webcam for streaming your event to
those that cannot attend in person.
A portable bar is available.
Up-and-down lights automatically illuminate at
dusk and are placed throughout the trees on
the site.
You and your photographer have the use of our
grounds and venue for bridal portraits, etc. at no
additional charge.
Vendor selection is not dictated by Cathedral
Oaks and is your choice.
